Code Of Conduct.

Code of Conducts for Teachers:

  1. Teachers should see that there is no incompatibility between his precepts and practice.
  2. Teachers should follow the rules of dress code.
  3. Teachers should seek to make professional growth continuous through study and research.
  4. Teachers should maintain active membership of  professional organizations and strive to improve education and profession through them.
  5. Teachers should co-operate and assist in carrying out functions relating to the educational responsibilities of the college and the university such as assisting in appraising applications for admission, advising and counseling students as well as assisting the conduct of university and college examinations including supervision, invigilation and evaluation.
  6. Teachers should respect the right and dignity of the student in expressing his/her opinion.
  7. Teachers should deal justly and impartially with students regardless of their religion, caste, political, economic, social and physical characteristics.
  8. Teachers should recognize the difference in aptitude and capabilities among students and strive to meet their individual needs.
  9. Teachers should encourage students to improve their attainments, develop their personalities and at the same time contribute to community welfare.
  10. Teachers should make themselves available to the students even beyond their class hours and help and guide students without any remuneration or reward.
  11. Teachers should aid students to develop an understanding of our national heritage and national goals.
  12. Teachers should co-operate with authorities for the betterment of the institutions keeping in view the interest and in conformity with dignity of the profession.
  13. Teachers should try to see through teachers’ bodies and organizations that institutions maintain contact with the guardians, their students, send reports of their performance to the guardians whenever necessary and meet the guardians in meetings convened for the purpose for mutual exchange of ideas and for the benefit of the institution.
  14. Teachers should recognize that education is a public service and strive to keep the public informed of the educational programs which are being provided.
  15.  Teachers should perform the duties of citizenship, participate in community activities and shoulder responsibilities of public offices.

Code of Conducts for Students:

  1. Students should be regular and must complete his/her studies in the institute.
  2. Students should follow the rules of dress code.
  3. All the students must uphold academic integrity, respect all persons and their rights and property and safety of others.
  4. All the students must deter from indulging in any and all forms of misconduct including partaking in any activity off-campus which can affect the institute’s interests and reputation substantially.
  5. Students should not interact, on behalf of the institute, with media representatives without the permission of the institute authorities.
  6. Students should use social media very carefully, they cannot post derogatory comments about other individuals from the institute on the social media.
  7. Students should strictly follow all the rules during examinations, he/she should not cheat authorities in any way.
  8. Students should not participate in any act of ragging of the other students.

Code of Conducts for Governing Body:

  1. Governing body should attend all the meetings of the governing body.
  2. Governing body should maintain the relationship with the principal and faculty members to improve the performance of the institution.
  3. Governing body should seek to develop the institution.
  4. Governing body should not involved in any or all activity which affects the reputation of the institution.
